Earlier on we stated that the dike wasn’t up to the norm anymore, but do you have an idea what the safety norm of the dike actually is?
Hint: The safety norm is based on the probability of flooding and the consequences of flooding.  If the safety norm is 1:100, it means that there is a chance of flooding once every 100 years.
