My PeekLand use question: Not long ago high poplar trees were standing along the road; they were growing askew. Look north and you can still see four of them standing. The poplar trees have recently been cut and new ones have been planted. On top of the ‘mountain’, where this excursion started, the trees are straight. Why were the trees so skewed here that they had to be cut?
